Bad experience

Hi my name is Mrs Lamani ,I went to RAGE promenade mall to buy shoes for my 9yr old daughter size 2,the lady who called herself a manager she said her name was Zuki not even sure it was her real name they dont even have name tags,she assisted me . When I got home I noticed there's size 1 and 2 in the box my older daughter returned it and she forgot the receipt this women refused to assist her I sent d slip via WhatsApp and told her to return it I don't want it anymore she refused ,she said it was my responsibility to check the box if it's d correct shoes not hers yet she was the one assisting me. At 1st she told my daughter I must go exchange it myself I called tried talking to her and ds women was very rude she said if we have a problem we must call customer service it's not her fault that the shoes are not the same size in the box and she will not apologize for anything to any1 . I am so angry and I want to return these shoes I will never buy anything from rage I hate even the site of it because of that women and my desel is very expensive to go up and down for nothing. She's very rude she has no manners for customers she looks down to ppl she won't even greet , u greet alone .she's very rude I don't understand how she became the manager
