Bad customers service!!!

Never open accounts at this store. I closed the account last year and it still reflect on my bureau as if I’m in arrears. Like a whole year and they can’t fix this? I contacted them on social media and they said I must log a dispute with Compuscan like whata hell?! Aren’t they the ones who must do something?? I tried calling Compuscan and TransUnion and the phone rang for hours. It’s bad, real bad.
