Bad customer service shame

<p>Bought shoes at Rage on the 18th July2017 and on the 19the following day, the shoes were slippery and I broke my ankle wearing then, I can't walk as we speak and I tried to return the shoes but was helped by an arrogant woman that was phoned by sales ladies in Vincent, East London and refused to give me money back or choose other shoes, U really have bad service you don't treat customers with respect </p>
