Bad customer service & item Price

I went to rage stores Atteridgeville I was assisted by Tebatso to buy a pair of shoes that I saw for R209 but when I got to the till it was R218.99 she called head office spoke to Masego who told her that I should pay the price she sees on the system, I refused then Tebatso decided to do a discount on the system while giving me attitude for refusing to pay the system price. Please take your staff for customer service training.
