Bad customer service

What a bad experience I received from rage Stanger branch SGR, I bought shoes in June which only lasted for a week and broke, which is their quality issue then I went to the store to exchange it for the very same item of which I was told I cannot exchange because it's my negligence mind you the shoes didn't even last one month, I was assisted by Thando who was so rude, shouting in front of customers as if I broke the shoes on purpose, she then told me she can not help me I must go try somewhere else. With Thando's attitude, rage will loose more customers
