Bad customer service

Today I want to buy takkies for my niece at your store in Melmoth, I am utterly disappointed and angry at the level of service I received from the store. When I got to the store my niece fitted the size 13 takkies that were on display and asked the lady her name is Sphesihle Biyela that was assisting us to get us a size 13 of those takkies, without checking at the back or in the boxes available she told me that I'd have to take the takkie that was on display, which was dirty and looked dull, I told her that I would not take that takkie because of the state it was in, she than proceeded to argue and disrespect me in full view of other clients and her colleagues, I asked her if she wanted to assist me or not, to which she proceeded without answering me to shout all across the floor to another employee to check size 13 at the back, and the other employee was able to find the takkie. The level of service and unprofessional conduct displayed by your employee, for lack of a better word is terrible, after the service rendered by your employee I don't see myself ever setting footing in your store again. Please teach your employees about service and professionalism, I have never ever felt so disrespected and under valued as a customer before. Hope this matter is addressed with the relevant employee and manager as there was no intervention from anyone of your employees which clearly shows that this is a norm to them and none saw anything inappropriate with their colleagues behavior.
