Bad customer service and Rage customers are not that Important to them

What bad customer service we experienced at Rage Maponya ...Your staff is so *********** ....As a Rate customer we are supposed to be let inside the store first to show that u appreciate us kodwa no we had to spend 2 hours in line and only to be told that the sale is finished

How can u hire two people in a store and then the other one was completely rude and left a customer on the Till cause she was going to Lunch...I wouldn't even Rate the service shame

I love Rage and I have been recommending my friends kodwa this time aii ....I'm even thinking of closing my account with u cause wow
