Bad customer service

I bought shoes at Rage on the 22/01/2016 on cresta. The shoes became faukty on thr 08/02/2016.<br> <br> I then went in store to exchange the shoes and found that the shoes were no longer there i was told to look for different ones i did not see anyone that i like.<br> <br> I asked the lady zodwa zwane to please put the money in the rage cash card for me and she refused asking me to keep the shoes and the slip until i see what i like.<br> <br> I then called head office and spoke to rachel that was very helpful she asked me to go back to the store to get the cash card and ask them to call her. the store refused to do this i had to call head office again for rachel to call them.<br> <br> The lady zodwa zwane was still very rude and not sorry at all.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed at such service!
