Bad Customer Service

i have never felt so ****ed off with customer service. i bought shoes at Rage on the 30th of Jan and wore them once and the make feels like flip flops, not comfortable at all so i went to the shop today at caltorn centre and was told al sort of stories, that because i wore the shoes they wont be able to exchange them for me. i mean i am not happy about the shoes and how was i supposed to know that the are uncomfortable without wearing them? is not like i want to return underwears but shoes. i am very or rather extreemely ****ed off about the service that rage is giving me. i am very unhappy and want to return
