Bad customer service

Good day, on the 21st March 2021 at about 11h00 to be exact I went to Rage Greenstone as I was in the store shopping around I was looking for a consultant to assist me with a size and a lady by the name of Zinhle Magagula came out from the stock room as she was walking i asked if she’s working there and she said yes but I’m going out now mind you she was talking to me while walking to the door and even not making any eye contact or even asked someone to assist I had to look for someone to assist me. I’m a very loyal customer to the greenstone branch but after receiving such bad service from Zinhle I doubt I’d even go back. Kindly please provide proper customer service training to her as she highly needs it
