Bad Customer Service

I'm so upset and disappointed with the way customers are treated at Rage.I bought a shoe and I only wore it once and when I was walking the outsole came off in bits of pieces it created hole.I was wearing that shoe for a function.When I went to the store in Springs Mall I was told i would be given a gift card or an exchange.Now why would I want to exchange for another shoe that would do the same thing.I then asked to speak to a lady from their customer service who claims to be a team leader but I could not hear an ounce of remorse n her voice,it's like she just did not care. It's easy for them to take our money but when one is not happy it's difficult for them to take care of their customers. I want my money back and I will never again shop at Rage they are taking advantage
