Bad Customer Service

Bad service experienced ever, I just got out of the Rage store in Park cetnral the one next to MrP, I was there to buy 3 pairs of shoes, asked the lady to help me with the sandal I was looking for, she made me wait without even explaining to me if she has difficulties in finding the shoe, instead she’s busy shouting with her fellow colleague that she can’t find the shoe. As I’m seated waiting then I see the lady standing by the without saying anything, so I ask her after a while, how am I still going to wait, then she rep**** saying they can’t find the shoe, then I asked her why did she not come to me and tell me, or even suggest that I can go to their neighbouring store, I just stood up and paid for the 2 pairs of shoes and left the store un happy. Lady’s Name is Ntombi not sure the other lady’s name and I was told the store manager is Mvelo.
