Bad customer service

I went to Rage in Chamdor Kagiso on the 27/12/17 to purchase a pair of sandals, when I got home I realized that they were faulty and to return them the following day. I arrived there and they told me stories that they don't have money in their tills and they sent me to Kagiso mall, even there their service was bad and the staff they have attitude and no mercy. I had to go back to Chamdor again and they told me they can't refund me without authorization from head office whereas the first lady that assisted me didn't tell me about authorization, without being refunded and the manager has been giving me attitude. Am not pleased at all and they have been no help to me. What's the use of having a manager on site of which they can't help their customers?
