Bad customer service

I was at Rage in Quagga centre, i went there to return the shoes we had bought at bloed mall. On the 8th of sept i was told there is no cash in the store, i went back on the 9th of sept at 15.00. i was told we don't have cash.

Fast forward, i was told a lot of issues where i was asked about my nationality and being a problem. I was told never to buy at Rage Quagga centre again.

I called customer care, i sent them ana email.
