Bad costumer service

I was in credit with rage,cos I was unemployed.but the minute I got a job I paid up my credit at rage on the 15th of September n I asked for a paidup letter they never gave to me .I went there more than 3times asking for my paidup letter ,they fail to send it to me.n they don't remove me on credit beruo.im struggling to open an account at any store because I appear on credit.rage service sucks .rage at dobsonville.
