Bad client service

I went to Rage store in Wolmaransstad North West,the one that is opposite Pep stores,I asked them earlier on in the day if I can make a new card I lost mine and i only have my Drivers license because I lost my ID as well they said they will assist me but i must come back when they have power it was during loadshedding . I went back only to be told that they cannot assist me because my card is blocked and they need an ID for that, I needed those things urgently and this was very disappointing,I wasted my time going back there I could have made another plan. My issue is not just with the branch that I was assisted at but with your head office for their backwards systems,I'm definitely closing this account and never shopping there again
