Bad bad service and quality.

I am very disappointed with Rage service. I bought shoes beginning of June 2024 and my shoes are torn off when I return them to the store they told me that I have to have a slip or an sms. I told them I have lost my receipt and i don't even have an sms, however I have a box for a bacode because I believe that they scanned it and that is what they need to trace a transaction. Nope they refused. What a bad service.
