Bad Bad Bad Service not so welcoming

Hope you are doing well, and I hope this email finds u I am very hurt/disappointed by 1 of ur staff from Diepkloof Square with a bad service I went to the store when I got to the counter the was no cashier then in minutes she came and just stood there without even greeting me or asking me how can I help you ook sharp than I asked her with a smell Hai chomi can't u even say hello she told straight that I also passed her without greeting her so wat was I expecting yoh that was so embarrassing and Rude pls teach Agnes to love her Job or at least pretend to love her job not to have attitude to customers that's rude I even regret my self for going to the store for that bad service I feel like I went to steel or something was not welcoming
