Bad attitude,poor customer service

Stuff at their Embalenhle mall are very rude, all they do is stand there taking selfies. I went there to exchange my childs' shoe which i bought at evander but bcoz their shop in evander is small i struggled to get the correct size so i decided to go to Embalenhle. Never again am buying from them, they told me it was last exchange and they even refused to give me a till slip?so if the shoes get torn i don't know what I'll do
