Bad attitude from consultant

I bought a pair of boots in June, wear them and in a months time they were damaged, today I took them back to Rage and the service I got was not good, the sales consultant were laughing at first until a certain lady by name Dinah came and said I can take something else, however what I like is less than the boots price and now the consultant who was assisting me told me the 8s nothing they can do.<br> <br> <br> My question is how can a big brand like Rage treat customer that way and with the companu policy as per the consultant say's, to my understanding they know that most of their goods are not of good quality yet they still put them on shelves.<br> <br> Unhappy Customer
