Bad attitude.

I am very disapointed about the treatment I have received at Rage Busy corner mall Ebony park. The casier is very rude and she really shows tgat she dont value customers. I went there and she was speaking tsonga. And i personaly dont understand tsonga at all I have to gues what she is saying until i feel like i will agree things that i dont understand. I ask her in a polite manner if she can change language, but i think by saying that i put fire on her. She said who are you to tell me to change my language, and i said but i am a customer you should assist me with the language that i will understand. And she said because you are a customer you want me not to speak my language and i say you can speak but i want to be assisted and i dont understand you. So i dont know if Rage busy corner they only serve tsonga speaking customers because is not the first time going there and i find different person and againg she only speak tsonga and she was also rude and they even roll their eyes when speaking. So since is the nearest rage to me this means i have to look for another rage just because i dont understand when they talk and if i request them to speak the language that i will also understand their respond is to shout at me. I ask her name she said she dont want to tell me and she didnt have name tag. I am speechless. I dont believe what i have experienced
