Bad attitude

Would like to complain about the attitude I got from two ladies who were on duty today.went there to pay and also interested in buying takkies for my 3 sons!I ended leaving without doing either! I asked for assistance and openly ignored and I think I called out to them 3/4 times and no answer and I was the only person in the shop except for some white lady who was being helped by the cashier After being ignored and being answered"can't I see that they are busy with a customer" 2 ladies helping one lady with payment and when I call out for assistance noone answers me until I asked will I be helped or not;and that's the answer I got;I walked after that response And went back to ask for her name;she boldly told me her name and said if I want to do anything about it let me go ahead;there are no name tags that's why I asked for her name. I wrote to Rage but the email didn't go through hopefully they will see this!under no circumstances will I go there again

This is my second bad experience with them;first I asked for assistance I wanted a shoe size for my son and they asked if I am going to buy it or not because they don't want to look for a takkie and then I don't buy it;with such an attitude.i was shocked by that answer. Hay Xabisa Bhodla who works there and her colleagues need Customer training on how to work with people and how to run a shop.with that attitude going there is a bad shopping experience. Thank you
