Awful service by head office

I went to Rage store ON 21 APRIL 2023 to make a purchase and paid with my bank card .Paid at the first machine was told its not working so I than paid and the next till as a result R970 went off twice from my account. Call head office Spoke to a lady called Matlhodi who said I should email my bank statement I went got the statement and sent a picture of it via email and now is responded that she's needs it in PDF format. I asked to speak to her supervisor and the nerve of that women is beyond me...putting on hold for ocee 10 minutes when I called want my money back ASAP

Also Rage store in Lehurutshe has a changing room with no MIRROR.. WHAT DO YOU TAKE US FOR?
