Awful selfish service

First: I had to beg someone to help me after I had to listen to swearing and cussing. Second: when I wanted to pay the cashier immediately took my card and tried to tap it without asking me. The tap didn’t work so she put my card in the machine and when I wanted to put in my pin, she held it high and I wasn’t allowed to hold the machine, I had to put my pin in while she was holding it HIGH in the air! I lovED Rage because they have beautiful shoes but because of the BAD service I will be looking for another place to shop at.
