Arrogant cashier

I had the most horrid experience at rage kwa dukuza mall and it wasn't the first. I went in to do a return for a purchase which was made with a debit card. The arrogant cashier insisted it was a credit card after I told her about 5 times that it was a debit card. She then said I should go home to fetch the card(said in Zulu to a colleague not knowing I understand the language) and lucky enough the card was in the car only to get the card and then be given cash cause like I said it was a debit card. I would have had to drive 20kms single trip to fetch a card just for her to look at and give me cash instead of putting the funds back into the card. There's always issues with returns at that store and il be sure to never shop there again!
