appauling service from Rage SA!!!

On 21Dec2015 I bought sandals at Rage at BT Ngebs City in Mthatha. as soon asI left the store I went home put the sandals on. after wearing them for 10 minutes I found that the way the sandals were designed caused them to hurt my ankle as I walked. the size was a perfect fit however the design caused the sandal to hurt my ankles as I walked. i took the shoes off. early the next day I went to the store, explained this to them and asked that they exchange my shoes. i didn't want my money back, I just wanted a different pair which wouldn't hurt me. the refused, citing that the shoes was already worn. i explaned that i had to wear them to know that the shoes would hurt me. I spoke to the customer services manger who was very rude and quick to throw her title at me. her name is Wendy Source. despit me explaining my plight, she couldn't care any less. i ask, what am I suppossed to do with this shoe? i can't even give it away because the next person will experience the same thing. i'm utterly disgusted with the treatment i received from rage and i can gaurantee that I will never buy from that store again. this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
