APPAULING SERVICE FROM BONOLO AT RAGE

I was so appalled on Saturday, I went to the rage in Sammy Marks and mind you it was hot, long queues, no order at all, shoes scattered on the floor, when I wend to the changing rooms there was no one in sight to assist, then I go pay and I encountered a very rude lady by the name of Bonolo, I give her what I want to purchase and I quickly turn to look at a price of a bag while she is has to to do what he has to do, imagine what she asks me, are you paying, why would I have waited on a long line and give you what I want to buy and you are foolishly asking me if I am paying, and then I try to calm myself down and then after she is done swiping my card, she throws my card on the front desk, and puts the plastic on top of my card, what if I had forgotten it, what if it was ****** because I would have forgotten it if I was not mindful of the ****py job she was doing, I have worked for Rage before but honestly, the girls that are being hired these days do not know what customer service is especially the Rage in Church in Center walk and Sammy Marks, please either get competent people or return to the services you used cater years back, its disappointing to say the least
