Appalling and Rude customer service to a pensioner

I am so much disappointment at the service your Westgate store has given me for the past two days . I bought a pair of ankle boots and men tracksuits on sale on date 09/06/2022, however wanted to exchange the boots just a few minutes after the sale, i Spoke to Zikhona who said that i should wait until 16:00 once the lines had cleared, i waited but she then told me that since the lines had not fully cleared i should come back on the 10th next day, She gave me a note saying" Zikhona, please assist with exchange". So i am just not satisfied by the appalling attitude that i got from all the ladies in the store even after i advised that i had spoken to Oyama from head office who said that i should go back to the store and ask to Zikhona so she can assist, Oh but her behavior as well and the service i am getting, mind you i am a pensioner who has to take a taxi to the store just to be given the runaround. Please assist with a way forward with regards to my issue
