Annoyed customer

I bought a pair of sandals for my son @ Rage Shoes & Clothing South Africa diepkloof square on the Wednesday the 8 March unfortunately they were big for him, went to the store to exchange them but they didn't have his size, I asked them for a refund and they refused to give me back my money because according to them one can only be refunded within 7 days, today is Thursday 14 according to me I have until tomorrow to get my refund. I spoke with some lady from their customer care Nompumelelo Nkomo who was just rude and the store manager was also not helpful either. The **** service we get as Africans anyways I left without the shoes and without my money. The pair I bought that doesn't fit, I left it at the store
