Angry Customer

On June 2022 I bought a long boots at Rage in Bellville and i got 2 pairs of the same side , I went there to return it and I was told that they out of stock and they cant refund me since I use my Debit card to pay. I left .

I went there again the second time asking if there's anything they can do because how I'm going to do with these shoes , they called their customer care in Johannesburg and the lady asked me to bring the bank statements so they can track the payment and refund me, but since then nothing has been done .

I went there more than 100 times and still no assistance the cashier told me I should have double checked the shoes before taking it home and the store manager is never there , I'm staying far from Bellville and i use too much money to travel to that store ..and now I'm stuck with the shoes of the same side for 2 years now and im being told that their store don't have a direct number to call if i wanna follow up i must go to the store , Please help me i need my refund and they exchange the shoe .
