Angry and furious costumer

Hi bought the the shoes at rage Brooklyn this Wednesday on the 12,07,2023. I wore the shoes same time after buying ...during the day the rubber sole was starting to get soft and change the shape because of the sole becoming soft and uncomfortable ...so I took them back the following day complaining about shoes being out of shape just wearing them 1 day ...they refuse to refund or exchange...what was worse was the rudeness of the two ladies I found in the store ...they fone costumer service and talk to a lady by the name of Violet still she refused and I try to reason with her as am a costumer and how costumer service is supposed to be app**** and failed I called costumer service on my fone talked to a lady.by name of Khanyi them khanyi transfer the call back to Violet and asked to talk to someone above them they transfer the call to their team leader by the Name of Semakaleng she still won't help...so now am stuck with shoes that i can't wear but still have to pay them and am not happy and wonder if rage as a company do they practice costumer service or hire the most rude people to fit the company...clearly they don't understand why and what is costumer service why they are there for..they really need a training from upper level to store level...
