Account paid up...update my credit bureau

This store is tarnishing my credit record.. I closed my account in December 2019 and in January i requested a paid up letter which they sent on the 13th of January 2020 that also stated they would send it to all credit bureaus... To date my credit bureau has never been uodated instead it shows missed payments. Please update this as i have waited a good 9 months for you to sort it out
