Account closure refusal by Rage!

I went to the store in Greenstone to close my account as I had lost my card and was told that there's not much they can do if I don't have the card. The only thing that they can do is Skype head office to close it. The account was not closed. I called their head office to close the account and was told I'd receive an email as confirmation that the account was closed and this has still not been done. It has been weeks and Rage still hasn't closed my account. If I had known how much hassle it would be to get this account closed by this entity then I wouldn't have opened an account at all.
