Account closure

I have been trying to close their account for months with fail, besides the staff giving you attitude when you go instore to enquire, I had issues with their call centre aswell. I have emailed more than once to request account closure. Do note in the meantime that my account was fully paid but because of admin fees I keep having to pay.
