Account active when it should be closed

Checking my credit report RageSa still appears as an open account which I went to the store in 2018 and spoke to the account closure department to close that account and they confirmed the account as closed.

I took it upon myself today to log in ontheir website to see if my account details still exist only to find that instead of closing the account the damn consultant only reduced the limit to R500 instead and the account is still opened.

ITC records show that I owe R366 for what I don't know. I want feedback regarding this and this seems to be a bad habit that this store has with not fulfilling their clients request and it's *********.

I sent them a recent statement I got when I logged in to their website proving that they did not close the account. Will await feedback and if don't receive that I will take the matter further because someone clearly needs to teach them how to do their work.
