I payed rage my overdue account and closed the account. They sent me letter as proof that account closed n paid up. When now I check my credit history my account still owe R398.00. and it's really affecting. I contacted them as many times they don't really respond me , thy say my account is paid up. I'm confused. It's making me stuck!!!
