I have a problem with Rage i bought a shoe on the 28th of Feb @Greenacres the bridge in Port Elizabeth nd i ***** the shoe 3times and it's damaged when i return the shoe with the box and a slip they want me to exchange or get a gift card, i did'nt want to do an exchange i wanted to return the shoe get my money back which they refused to they kept telling me about the 7days policy which is written on the slip and i called their customer care 4th time every time i explain my problem they just dropp the calls on me up until i got someone and i told them i'm done with their shop i just want them to return the shoe and give me my money back because on the slip they dont say anything about when you returning a damaged product and now they act as if it's my problem that the shoe is damaged i left the store angry i just want them to give me my money back that's all please help dont know what to do with a situation like this
