Unprofessional and distasteful Conduct

What a ********** experience we have had with this property agent!Can't wait for this ordeal to end.A completely *********** handling of our OTP by the agent left us homeless and dealing with third parties on our own.In hindsight, this person **** to us from the beginning and intentionally failed to disclose critical information to us for her own ends.Joey promised to ensure both our old and new properties will register simultaneously so we will not have to pay rent.This did not materialise. She advised us poorly around a fixture in the house, which we had to seek legal opinion on when the buyers expressed a different view.She introduced another agent into the picture, who actually sold our house.She never protected our interests when this agent made the deal, we ended up paying 125% in agent commissions instead of a flat fee as per the mandate we signed with her agency.We lost our beloved fireplace because she wanted it to woo buyers even though we had said we would want to keep it for our next home.We let all these go because everyone makes mistakes and we trusted her. When she stopped taking both our calls, ignoring our voice messages and written notes out of the blue, we threatened to call a talk radio station to get her to co-operate.She promptly told us from then on we can only speak to her through her lawyers.She henceforth opted to be uncooperative, cold and completely ruthless when dealing with us.She would take up to a whole week to respond to our communications and when she eventually did, she would give us literally a few hours to reply on big decisions; with her lawyers on copy.Same day deadlines and other preposterous instructions became our portion from her side. She threteaned us twice with legal action for our 'malicious' emails to her and her lawyers.What she calls malicious was merely frustration and disappointment at being undermined repeatedly by a woman who cost our family of five to be homeless through lies and incompetence.We had to move out of our house without notice and spend money on unexpected expenses because of her deception.She never once asked where we were living and if we were ok after a sudden move to another side of town far from school and our work places.A woman who went out of her way to avoid and undermine us until we had no choice but to get our own lawyer involved as she continued bro give us the cold shoulder and silent treatment amidst all the inconvenience she caused us. We eventually managed to move into the new house we intend to buy under occupational rent conditions. When she came to hand over our keys; she was the epitome of human iceberg. No greetings, steely eyes, mean demeanor and an attitude to put any teenager to shame.She stormed away without warning or a goodbye...and the house is still not ours as yet.Now; if you are going to take money from people in business, at least be professional and respectful to them to their faces.Never take the money and threaten, ignore and abuse clients.I still can't understand if this is racially motivated or just a typical way property agents treat clients when they have clinched the deal? This was by far the most atrocious experience of our lives.Stay away from Rage Realty if you want a pleasant home buying experience.
