Account paid up but negatively reflecting om my credit profile.

I paid up my account month end of July and to date it appears in arrears on Credit bureau. I have been to numerous Rage stores and do not get any assistance.

Please be so kindly, as I am on your mercy. Please close my paid up account and update on Credit bureau.
