Refusing to return documents

I was put onto debt review by RAG Consulting. Since then I havnt paid any monies and asked to be removed. Their owner Rainer, said I must frst pay him outstanding fees of R7000 before he can remove me. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and would pay him off if he could just remove my name from the debt review.<br> <br> He refused. I asked him for my documents and he said he would mail them to me, which he hasn't done.<br> <br> It feels like this man has taken everything that I have because I cannot get any credit anywhere because of this!<br> <br> All I want is the documents so that I could get a laywer to remove my name from debt review
