Bad aftersales service

Unfortunately I can't give good review. they printer a QR code on medical test. The quality of the first batch was not great and they suggested using other ink on the new batch. After paying for the new batch I received it and it looked even worse. I contacted them and they just said it is the best they can do. They are not going to refund me. ±R800.00 is not the end of the world but this is not the way to do business.
