Terrible service for events, too

Terrible service when it comes to events. I have arranged a few workshops there, but never, ever again. And forget about getting your Radisson Rewards points for event organisers from them. Getting a response to an email is a rare experience. I shall rather have my events in the open, in pouring rain or a howling southeaster, than go back to them.
