This was the most shocking experience, we booked online and specified we would like a room with a bath, when we called in to confirm if we did get a room with a bath we got told yes. When we arrived and checked in we were told no we had a room with a shower and no notes were made. We were told they had a dinner buffet until 22h00, when we went to the buffet at 20h00 the food was finished and we were told that we could have the A la Carte menu, Most of the tables were still dirty and not cleaned or cleared from the buffet, after finding a clean table, no one served us, so we got up and left. We went back to the bedroom their was no remote for the aircon so no way of heating up the bedroom, the phone in the room was not working, we could not call down to reception and the outside generator kept us up the entire night, we called into reception using our cellphone’s they sent someone up at Midnight and was told it was a generator, we tried to close the bathroom door to drown out the sound but the bathroom door in room does not close at all….., next day we had work meetings etc. had ZERO hours sleep due to the generator running the entire night!!!
