Unprofessional and arrogant staff member

The Staff member at the ****tail was Unprofessional and arrogant, I simple Princess Mlaba is it the bar closes at 23H00 , she responded by saying who told you that instead of yes or no, and further provide the correct closing time, she went on by saying go around the building and check the closing time on the walls. I felt not welcome in the Bar after my colleagues and I spend more than 5K, they way she was arrogant you tell that there's no consequence management from above hence this kind of behavior is experienced. Refer from previous review that Radisson blu Umhlanga management doesn't bother to respond.
