Poor service at Radison Umhlanga

My unhappiness arises from the Hotel’s inability to do laundry. Last time(a couple of months ago),they mixed my clothes with someone else’s and didn’t even bother to correct the issue.

This morning I gave in my laundry, only to find the bag dropped off in my room exactly as I handed it in, with my laundry form still in the top of the bag. I phoned reception to ask why my laundry wasn’t done, they switched me through to house keeping who never answered their phone. After trying to call housekeeping seceral times and finding their number constantly engaged I decided that this platform would be best to voice my frustration.

Staff is always friendly though, but housekeeping is giving this hotel a bad name - they also don’t always replenish the complimentary coffee / tea etc. as they should daily.
