Disgusting Service at Radisson Umhlanga

The Radisson Blue at Umhlanga is terrible! The most welcoming gestures were from the porter ( I don't know if hoping for a tip had anything to do with this). The hotel manager had no warmth, nor did he acknowledge us as he was doing his walkabouts. The rooms are impeccable, but there's a blue light that relentlessly flickers in the room, which made for a restless night's sleep. I woke up feeling exhausted. The aircon only emitted cold air, and the technician came to check and said they couldn't fix it right away, but could send someone else with an alternative heater. What an inconvenience. Was I really expected to be attending to another employee fixing things in the room? Too much admin. The dinner is disgusting. Seriously. At the time that I was dining, I saw 4 meals being returned to the kitchen. I had ordered a simple meal of grilled fish and vegies, and everything was not fresh, overcooked and soggy. Yuck! I would have been better off eating KFC.
