Radisson Blu Kempton Park Hotel is a big no no!

I was at the Hotel for a conference for 4 days cumulatively. The service was appalling. They brought my room service breakfast in bits and drips, had no honey for my entire stay there, had no all bran flakes nor granola yet its on their own menu, had no lactose free products as alternative, had no understanding of customer service at all. They woke me up at 6am to "remind me" to pay for my ironing when I had not even woken up nor checked out. No understanding of hospitality at all. Staff had no manners whatsoever, kept insulting and shouting us in the dining halls, kept reminding us that whenever you order something you must pay for it as if we do not know what a hotel is. Overall service was at zero! I am never going back to that hotel, rather go to another hotel in the area. Tried to report my unhappiness to a manager who was on duty at the time, her name is Grace apparently she was too busy to listen to me. She went as far as asking me to come back to see her at some other time.
