Worst hotel stay I’ve had - Airconditioning doesn’t work

Due to Radisson Hotel Cape Town Fores**** not being listed on Hello Peter, I selected the one nearest to it.

During my stay, iv had to complain more than 5 times for somebody to sort out the air conditioning in my room which kept on heating the room as opposed to cooling it on a hot day.

The hotel staff was very nonchalant about assisting me and did very little to make my stay comfortable. This will be the last time I stay at a Radisson.

Needless to say. I got no sleep.
