Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront gym in disrepair

I regularly go to the gym at Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront. On the website, the hotel boasts about its modern style and amenities including the fitness centre (in the Amani Spa). Over the last few months there have been several problems at this gym including plumbing issues, a leaking roof and multiple treadmills and training bikes being non-functional. I cannot fault the staff and trainers, who despite these issues have been nothing but professional. I urge the hotel management to address these issues as it is blight on the reputation of this hotel.
