Irritated staff leave you dreading your visit

<p>I'm shocked and disappointed. For a hotel with the status of the Radisson you would not expect to be treated like trash for making a simple request - and that's even before you get there!</p> <p>Asking if I could get an early checking the reservations lady was curt and abrupt. I am leaving tomorrow and I'm ready to rumble if that attitude is extended to my stay. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sick of South Africa's poor service and at thousands a night. I will definitely go back to my older humble hotel on the Waterfront ... they bend over backwards for their corporate guests. </p> <p> </p> <p>Wish me luck. </p>
